| Urban landscape. Nässjö 2007 PROPERTY STRUCTURE The property in its present situation is without reasonable function and defined borders. Our idea is to add to the existing “stone city”. The new buildings are situated along the roads and create a defined transition between the city and the nature close to the lake. The plantation grows into the open and sunny surfaces between the houses. Kids can play and the inhabitants can have a rest. |

| APARTMENTS All apartments have the view over the water and at least one bedroom faces the courtyard. The main façadematerials are white plaster and bricks, which are found in the surrounding city structure. The façades facing the water express themselves with wooden shutters and moveable glass elements. FUNCTIONS The apartments are distributed over all floors. Bifunctional areas are situated at the entrance level and partly in the cellar. Under house 3 and 4 is a basement and a car deck, which will be used by all inhabitants. There are also around 30 parking spaces in front of the buildings. |
